Irish Life Steps Challenge
After 5 weeks, our 128 participants collectively tracked a massive 24,793.8kms! We went above and beyond to go the distance for our club.
We finished #6 out of 209 Clubs in Munster and the top Club in Kerry
We would like to thank everybody who got involved and would like to give a special mention to our Top 3 Leaders: Donal O’Sullivan, Patricia Hurley and Denis O’Sullivan who tracked almost 2000kms between them! Amazing work!
We hope our luck will be in now and be lucky enough to win O’Neill’s vouchers for the club in the prize draw.
We hope everyone feels the benefits of getting involved in this challenge and will keep up the good work now that the challenge has finished
Our Club Walkway is open for everyone to enjoy so come along and use this amazing facility.
Thanks for taking part

Mitchels 0-8 Stacks 0-9
Wind assisted in the first half we played some nice ball into our corner forwards Mikey and James which reaped some reward. We went in three up at half time but it should have been more.
Our backs once again put in a major shift especially in the second half with the Stacks attacking approach.
We created plenty of chances to win the game but a good save by the Stacks keeper denying Paudie White and a couple of other missed opportunities resulted in the narrowest wins by Stacks. We play Na Gaeil at home on Friday night at 8pm under lights. All support welcome.

Minors
On Saturday evening at 3pm our boys played the first round of the county league, where they faced Moyvane at home.
We had a few injuries from the start and our panel was tight. The boys gave it everything but a stronger Moyvane team had too much for them.
The boys gave it everything and unfortunately our keeper Ben had to be stretchered off which put a bad cap on the day. A speedy recover to Ben from all at the club.
Next week sees round 2 in the county league where the boys travel away to St Michaels/Foilmore time to be confirmed. Best of luck to all the team.
