6AM FULL BODY STRENGTH AND CONDITIONING CLASSES FREE FOR ALL MEMBERS
Come along to the John Mitchels Hall at 6am on Tuesday and Thursday and avail of our free strength and conditioning classes being facilitated by George Bastible. All you need is motivation, an exercise mat and water. Open to all 18 year olds and over.
MONDAY AND FRIDAY NIGHTS START TRAINING LIKE THE PROS OPERATION TRANSFORMATION STYLE FREE FOR ALL MEMBERS
Started Friday November 11th at 8pm, come along to the Astroturf and take part in a one-hour session with George Bastible. Open to all club members, players and parents from minor upwards. If you have the desire to be the best version of yourself, come to John Mitchels at 6pm on Monday and 8pm on Fridays and increase your fitness levels and improve your lifestyle.
JUNIORS
Our Juniors have now finished their season and will reconvene again in due course.
SENIOR LADIES
Our senior ladies have now completed their season. Strength and conditioning will continue for the girls in preparation for next season.

Monday was not an evening for the purists in Mitchels as the driving wind and rain made life very difficult for both sets of players.
Mitchels with a strong breeze in the first half made the most of it kicking some fine scores including a beauty from Ted Fitz and one from joint captain Bobby Byrne from distance. Darragh Cunnane made the most of a wayward kick out and with the keeper off his line he finished superbly to the net from 40’yards out. Rory Clifford carrying plenty of ball was always a threat.
Na Gaeil showed some good fight however we started to get to grips in midfield with half time on the horizon and we went in 2-8 to 1-1
Second half started along the same lines with our midfield showing great form creating the platform for our attacks.
Cody Sullivan volleyed a great goal after a superb run and a selfless pass across goal from Darragh. Na Gaeil showed great determination and took the fight to us, but our backs proved very strong with Ben solid in goals and Brian and Cillian O’Donnell strong in the tackle and Sean Whelan, in particular, reading the game superbly and sweeping up loads of ball to stop any attacks that came our way.
Thanks to Gary for refing and to Na Gaeil for a great game of football in absolutely terrible conditions it was an achievement that this game was played at all
Player of the game was Darragh Cunnane, strong in his scoring, distribution and overall play
Joint Captains Bobby and Darragh spoke very highly of Na Gaeil and thanked everyone for their contributions during the year

U16 GIRLS
Strength and conditioning continue on Thursdays from 6.00pm-7.00pm and Sundays from 9.30am-10.30am.
This is vital preparation for next season we ask all u 16s to attend.
UNDER 15 BOYS
Our u 15s have Strength and conditioning on Thursday from 5.00-6.00pm. Can all players please attend.
U14 GIRLS
The u 14 girls will continue Strength and conditioning every Tuesday from 6pm-7pm in the hall.
This is vital training heading into the new season, so we ask everyone to make an effort.
UNDER 13 BOYS
The u 13 boys Strength and conditioning is being held every Sunday from 12.00pm-1.00pm. Can all u 13 boys attend vital preparation for next season.
U12 Girls
We hope to see all the u 12s again next season along with some new faces joining the squad also. We will get in touch in the new year to organize training.
UNDER 11 BOYS
Our u 11 have now hung up their football boots for the year . We hope to see everyone again for next season.
U8/U10/GIRLS
Our season is now at an end and will see you all again next year.
UNDER 9 BOYS
Our U 9 boys have now finished for the Season we hope to see you all back again next year.
UNDER 7 BOYS & GIRLS
The u 7s have finished for the season. We would like to thank the parents for bringing them up week on week and also to the coaches for giving so much time.
We look forward to starting again in 2023 and new players always welcome.

CLUB WALKWAY
Our walkway is open for everyone to enjoy so come along and take part in a healthy lifestyle. Please respect the rules of the walkway being a smoke free zone, with no cycling, studded boots or dog walking. Many thanks to the users of this facility for respecting these rules.
BOOT CLUB
Our boot club is now back if you want to drop off your old boots so they can be reused, feel free to drop them to reception.
