UNDER 6 BOYS & GIRLS
Our U6 boys and girls continue training every Sunday from 11.00am to 12.00pm and they are all making fantastic progress and improving each week. Their hard work and excellent coaching are definitely paying off. Playing particularly well last Sunday were both Siuns, Clodagh, Ben, Donal, Brian, Gavin and Luke. Keep up the good work everyone.
U8/U10 GIRLS
We had another fantastic turnout in Ballyseedy on Sunday last for the Mitchel's u8/u10 girls training. We were delighted to welcome four new faces; Bree, Madison, Nadia and Brooke. All four girls showed off their skills and will be a great addition to the team over the next few years. With a lot of competitive games coming up, we spent most of the session playing a training match. As ever, Ciara was to the fore, supported by Nadia and Karen.
Grace was everywhere as usual, while Ella, Madison, Layla and Sophia worked hard throughout. Millie again showed her passing skills while Gia struck for some excellent goals. Training continues next Sunday, so keep an eye out for texts to Moms and Dads. Remember to keep practising the skills at home and all new members are welcome.

U10 BOYS
Another busy week this week as we had go games on Wednesday and training on Sunday. We played three games on Wednesday with Jack, Calvin, Sean and Darragh showing huge skill and putting in great effort well done lads. Ronan, Eamon, Adam and Daniel worked really hard, caught some great ball and made some great dispositions. Luke, Cody, Rory, Riobárd and Fionnán had a big impact on the games with great handling and passing and shooting. We imposed ourselves well on the games and I'd say the lads enjoyed themselves. We were training on the juvenile pitch and the boys put in a great effort and there was a competitive game at the end. Well done everyone
LADIES
Ladies County league Div. 4. Rd 4. John Mitchel's played neighbours Kerins O'Rahillys on Sunday May 19th in Ballyseedy in breezy but dry conditions. Playing into the breeze Mitchel's laid a Marker striking early for a goal from Cliona followed by a second goal and a point .Rahillys struck for a goal but it was Mitchel's who took complete control from here on to half time .The second half saw Mitchel's kick some lovely points from play from all the forwards to run out winners and take us to 6 points in the league. Well done to all our panel on the day especially the U16s who played up with us. Best wishes also to our Captain Tanya for a speedy recovery.
