U8s:
John Mitchel's sports complex was very busy on Sunday last with our juveniles having the Annual Sylvie Mason Blitz & medal presentations. ALL of our juveniles showed great skills during all their games and we were delighted to see that Kerry's very own Donnacha Walsh was there to present them with their medals. On behalf of the coaches and John Mitchel's we would like to thank everyone for all their help throughout the year and already we are looking forward to next year.

U10 Boys - Sylvie Mason Blitz
We had out final session of the year on Sunday and what a day it was. We had 4 teams taking part in the Sylvie Mason and all teams served up some spectacular football. There was almost nothing to separate the sides and most games were won or lost by a point or two. In the Shield Final team Doc Connolly won out and in the plate final team Roddy O Donnell just piped their opponents to win. At the end Donnacha Walsh presented the winning captains, Luke and Killian, with their trophies. The rest of the players were presented with their medals a small treat. It was a great day and thanks to all the parents, mentors and referees.
To the U10's going up to U12's we wish you the best of luck and to the rest we will see you again next year, enjoy the winter break.

SYLVIE MASON BLITZ:
John Mitchel's Club would like to acknowledge the very generous sponsorship of the Sylvie Mason Blitz from Peevers Auto Parts, Talbot Road, Tralee. A big thank you to all those involved, the Mentors, Referees, the Organising Committee and the Club Shop volunteers who helped make the Blitz so successful and enjoyable. It was great to see such a turnout of kids and the large attendance of parents on the day.
